Crabmeat and Shrimp A La King
Peel and slice one-quarter pound of mushroom caps. Add to three tablespoons of melted butter and cook for three minutes. Add three pimentos or one-half green pepper cut in narrow strips and cook for one minute. Sprinkle with three tablespoons of flour and when blended add one cup stock and one-half cup milk. Stir until the sauce boils. Add three-quarter teaspoon of salt, one-half teaspoon of pepper, and a few grains of cayenne. Add the contents of one small can of crabmeat and one can of shrimp. Serve over steamed rice.
